The Peace and Justice Working Group works to inspire the churches of the Presbytery of San Jose to participate in Jesus’ call to put faith in action (Matthew 25). We are called to speak truth to power. We are called to be the hands and feet of Christ. We are called to change the systems that exclude or demean any of God’s creation. We are called to listen to the guidance of the Spirit in order to bring about the reign of God–a reign in which all God’s people live in peace with dignity.
